If you run a 9x7 legal plate then your plate might catch the wheel and could damage the bracket. Depending on your bike these 9x7 plates don't flip all the way on some of them. For this reason, I recommend anything smaller than 7.5x5.5. The 1 row plates like a 9x3 or 8x2 work amazingly but running these on the road you'll draw more attention to yourself. Please have a suitable plate for our flip plates.
